I speak fluent FAR, decipher complex acquisition strategies, and spend my hours ensuring that the gears of government turn with precision, compliance, and—admittedly—a whole lot of documentation. It’s a world of high stakes, rigorous standards, and necessary seriousness.

But when the clock strikes five and the spreadsheets are finally closed, the starch comes out of the collar, the keyboard is traded for a tempering machine, and the real alchemy begins.

The Naughty Nougat was born from a craving for creative rebellion. After years of drafting policy and balancing budgets, I found myself longing to work with materials that were a less hypothetical, but bit more temperamental than legal text —and significantly more delicious! I wanted to build something that didn't just meet requirements, but blew away all expectations.

What began as a stress-relieving hobby quickly evolved into an obsession with flavors that play by their own rules. The result is a collection that is, quite frankly, a little bit wicked.

Here, we trade bureaucracy for bold flavors and endless red tape for perfectly finished truffles. My approach to chocolate is exactly like my approach to life: meticulous in craft, irreverent in spirit, and unapologetically bold.
