Pina Colada cookie winner! This one has a little bit of everything: white chocolate, rum, candied pineapple, and coconut flakes.Dough batches: Brown Butter (plain), and mixing in candied pineapple, white chocolate chips, and of course, RUM.I had high hopes for this one, but they did not materialize. Stuffing the brown butter rum cookie with white chocolate rum ganache tastes great, but does not look appetizing. NOT a winner. This is one sexy cookie.
